Rates

My standard event photography rate is $300/hour, with a $600 minimum for up to two hours.
This includes shooting, editing, and delivery of the final gallery.

For headshots, artwork documentation, video, and other project-based work, I’ll provide a custom quote.

Travel outside of Oakland is $50 per hour of driving time, rounded down.

I offer discounted rates for arts, education, and nonprofit organizations.
I’m happy to discuss what’s possible within your budget.

Deliverables

Turnaround

Final edited galleries are delivered within two weeks, though I usually deliver sooner.
For any shoot, I can provide 10 preview images within 24 hours at no additional charge.
Need the full gallery sooner? Two-day rush delivery is available for a $300 fee.

Photo Delivery

Final photographs are delivered through a beautiful online gallery,
with high-resolution files available for download.
Galleries can be shared with colleagues, participants, friends, or family as needed.
They can also be made private or accessible only through a secure link.

Your photos will remain available online for the foreseeable future,
but I recommend downloading them for safekeeping.

Image Use & Privacy

Clients receive photographs for their intended personal, organizational, promotional, and web use.
I retain copyright to my photographs unless we make a different arrangement in advance.

I’m happy to discuss restrictions on portfolio, website, or social media use before the shoot.

I carry business liability insurance. COI available upon request.
